CHICKEN SAUSAGE CUTLET

Preparation Method :

  • Mince the chicken sausage and finely chop onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli and coriander.
  • Mash the boiled potatoes.
  • Sort chopped onion, garlic, ginger in a fry pan.
  • Add the minced sausages to the pan.
  • Add salt pepper powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder,& garam masala powder to it and sort well.
  • Add the mashed potatoes and mix it well.
  • Finally add the coriander leaves.
  • Allow the mixture to cool for sometime and Make small balls with the mixture & roll into desired shapes.
  • Beat the egg white. Dip each cutlet in egg white and roll with bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry the cutlets in oil.
  • Serve hot with Tomato sauce.

INGREDIENTS

  • 10 pieces of chicken sausage
  • 3 chopped onions
  • 2 table spoons of chopped garlic and ginger
  • 3 boiled and mashed poatoes
  • 3-5 chopped green chillies
  • 1 teaspoon pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon chilly powder
  • ½ teaspoon coriander powder
  • ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
  • ¼ teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 8 pieces of crushed bread
  • 2 egg white
  • IDHAYAM sesame oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves chopped
