SPROUTED MOONG CHAAT

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Heat oil in a pan, add onions, hing, tomato, potato, Cucumber, peas, salt, red chilli powder, sprouted moong and cook for 2 minutes.
  • In a serving bowl, add the above mixture, curd, ketchup, sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves.
  • Mix well and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 200 grams Sprouted moong
  • 1 Potato boiled
  • 1 small Cucumber
  • 2 tablespoon Peas, boiled
  • 1 Tomato                          
  • 1 Onion
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 1 pinch Hing                                
  • Coriander leaves, Chopped for garnishing
  • 200 ml Curd
  • 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 4 tablespoon Sev
  • 3 tablespoon Pomegranate
