Preparation Method :
- Heat oil in a pan, add onions, hing, tomato, potato, Cucumber, peas, salt, red chilli powder, sprouted moong and cook for 2 minutes.
- In a serving bowl, add the above mixture, curd, ketchup, sev, pomegranate and coriander leaves.
- Mix well and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Sprouted moong
- 1 Potato boiled
- 1 small Cucumber
- 2 tablespoon Peas, boiled
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 teaspoon Red chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 pinch Hing
- Coriander leaves, Chopped for garnishing
- 200 ml Curd
- 3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
- 4 tablespoon Sev
- 3 tablespoon Pomegranate
