POTATO PEELS

Preparation Method :

  • Gather all potato peelings (potato skin) & slice them very finely.
  • Deep fry all sliced potato peels to make them crispy.
  • Drain out on kitchen towels.
  • Take a bowl and combine, Chopped Onion, Green Chili, Pomegranate,Salt and Black Salt.
  • Add Green Chutney, Sweet Date and Tamarind Chutney.
  • Add Lemon Juice and Blend all.
  • Add Potato Peels and Nylon Sev.
  • Garnish  with coriander leaves.
  • Potatoes must be cleaned properly before Peeling.

INGREDIENTS

  • 800 grams Potatoes peels
  • 100 grams finely chopped Onion
  • 2-3 chopped Green chilli
  • 50 ml Green chutney
  • 100 ml Sweet date & tamarind chutney
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon Pomegranate
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black salt
  • 200 mlIDHAYAM MANTRA peanut Oil for deep frying 

For Garnishing

  • 200 grams Nylon Sev
  • 2 tablespoon finely chopped Coriander leaves
