Preparation Method :
- Add paneer, chaat masala, red chilli powder, salt, coriander leaves and mint leaves in a bowl and mix well.
- Divide this mixture into equal portions and shape them into small balls.
- Whisk together maida, salt and water in another bowl to make a smooth paste.
- Spread the crushed papad on a plate. Dip the paneer balls in the flour paste and roll in the crushed papad till they are well coated.
- Heat oil in a kadai. Deep-fry balls till golden and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
