Preparation Method :
- Sandwich Chutney:
- Grind all the ingredients in a mixer or blender and add one tablespoon of water, if required.
- Add salt to taste. Sandwich chutney is ready.
- Murukku Sandwich:
- Apply sandwich chutney on one side of the murukku and arrange on a serving plate.
- On top of the chutney, add a piece of cucumber and onion, followed by a piece of tomato and potato.
- Spread the grated cheese on top of the potato pieces and cover with another murukku.
- Garnish with sev and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 12 pieces Mini Murukku
- 12 Tomato slices, cut into small squares
- 12 Cucumber slices, cut into small squares
- 12 onion slices, cut into small pieces
- 12 slices of boiled potatoes
- 200 ml sandwich chutney
- 200 grams grated Cheese
- Sev, for garnishing
Sandwich Chutney
- 12 sprigs Cilantro
- 2 sprigs Mint Leaves
- 100 grams Cucumber Skin/peel
- 1/2 tablespoon Roasted Gram Dal
- 1 pod Garlic
- 2 Green Chillies
- 1/2 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1/4 teaspoon chaat masala
- Salt to Taste
