                    Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a kadai and temper mustard, roasted peanuts, fried gram, chilli powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida and curry leaves.
- Switch off the flame.
- Toss in the puffed rice and mix well.
- Allow to remain in the kadai for 5 minutes.
- Cool and store in an airtight container.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams pori (puffed rice)
- 50 grams roasted peanuts
- 50 grams pottu kadalai (fried gram) flour
- A pinch of asafoetida
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- ½ teaspoon chilly powder
- 10-15 curry leaves
- 2 teaspoon IDHAYAM sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
