Preparation Method :
- Soak tamarind in water for 20 minutes. Strain the juice.
- Add sugar and let it dissolve. Add red chili powder. Mix well.
- Peel and finely chop potatoes.
- Add tamarind juice and potatoes to the puffed rice. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve immediately.
