MASALA MURI

Preparation Method :

  • Soak tamarind in water for 20 minutes. Strain the juice.
  • Add sugar and let it dissolve. Add red chili powder. Mix well.
  • Peel and finely chop potatoes.
  • Add tamarind juice and potatoes to the puffed rice. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve immediately. 

INGREDIENTS

  • Lemon sized tamarind 
  • 250 ml water
  • 4 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder 
  • 4 boiled potato
  • 1 kg puffed rice 
  • 2 chopped green chili
  • 200 grams chopped coriander leaves
  • Salt to taste
  • 400 grams finely chopped coconut
