CORN BHEL

Preparation Method :

  • Boil the sweet corn, then drain off any excess water.
  • In a bowl, mix the sweet corn, onion, tomato, cucumber, chaat masala, chillies, chutneys and coriander leaves. Add the lemon juice and salt and mix again.
  • Divide into individual servings. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve immediately.

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams sweetcorn kernels
  • 2 large onion, chopped
  • 2 large tomato, chopped
  • 2 medium-sized cucumber, chopped
  • 2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 6 green chillies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney
  • 4 tablespoons tamarind chutney
  • 5 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 100 grams pomegranate pearls
