Preparation Method :
- Boil the sweet corn, then drain off any excess water.
- In a bowl, mix the sweet corn, onion, tomato, cucumber, chaat masala, chillies, chutneys and coriander leaves. Add the lemon juice and salt and mix again.
- Divide into individual servings. Garnish with pomegranate pearls and serve immediately.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams sweetcorn kernels
- 2 large onion, chopped
- 2 large tomato, chopped
- 2 medium-sized cucumber, chopped
- 2 teaspoon chaat masala
- 6 green chillies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons green chutney
- 4 tablespoons tamarind chutney
- 5 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- 3 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 100 grams pomegranate pearls
