Preparation Method :
- Cook and mince the chicken.
- Heat a pan, add oil, fry the green chillies, curry leaves, onion, salt, fennel powder, pepper powder, and garam masala, add chicken and coriander leaves and saute well.
- In a bowl, add mashed potato and cooked chicken mixture.
- Make small cutlets out if it.
- Dip the cutlets in egg and coat it with bread crumbs properly.
- Heat oil in pan, Fry the cutlets till done.
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
INGREDIENTS
- 200 grams Boneless chicken
- 350 grams Boiled potato, mashed
- 2 big Onion, sliced
- 4 Green chilli, sliced
- Curry leaves finely chopped
- Few Coriander leaves
- ½ teaspoon Fennel powder
- ½ teaspoon Pepper powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- 3 Egg
- 100 grams Bread crumbs
- Salt to taste
- Sesame oil for frying
