Preparation Method :
- Peel, boil and mash the potatoes and place in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix all the spices, salt, mint, fresh coriander and onions, to the potatoes and mix well.
- Make it into small balls and flatten each in the palm of your hand.
- If the mixture is very sticky rub a little oil into your hands.
- Dip these rounds into the egg and then into the breadcrumbs and set aside.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and shallow-fry, turning once.
- Place on kitchen paper to remove excess oil. Garnish with fresh mint leaves, Serve Hot.

- 1 kg potatoes
- ½ teaspoon ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1½ teaspoon aamchoor powder
- 1½ teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
- 2 teaspoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 small onion, peeled and finely chopped
- 1 egg, beaten
- 175 grams fresh breadcrumbs
- IDHAYAM Sesame Oil for shallow frying
- Mint leaves to garnish
