Preparation Method :
- Boil, peel and crumble potatoes.
- Prepare a thick batter adding a little water to chana dal flour and rice flour.
- Add asafoetida salt and chilly powder to it.
- Add ginger paste, asafoetida, salt, lime juice and the coriander leaves to the crumbled potatoes. Mix well, and make into lemon-sized balls. Keep aside.
- Dip the potato balls into the batter and fry in oil.
- Serve hot with white coconut chutney.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams of Potatoes
- 300 grams of Chana dal flour
- 100 grams of Rice flour
- 2teaspoon Chilly powder
- 2 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
- 100 grams of Coriander leaves
- 1 teaspoon Lime juice
- 2 Green chilly
- Salt to taste
- MANTRA Peanut Oil for Frying
