- Add the crushed ingredients, buttermilk, and salt to the bread cubes and mix well.
- Divide and prepare 12 flat bondas. Dip in batter, shake out extra batter and deep fry to a golden brown, turning over often.
INGREDIENTS
- 8 Bread Slices, Cut into Small Cubes
- ¼ teaspoon Garam masala powder
- 3 green chillies, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon chilli powder
- 2 tablespoon grated coconut
- Peanut Oil for deep frying
Crush Together
- 50 ml Butter milk
- Salt to taste
- 3 tablespoon Besan
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- ¼ teaspoon asafoetida powder
