                    Preparation Method :
- Dry roast dhania and roughly grind. Add to the batter.
 - Mix all ingredients for batter in a little water to make a pasty thick consistency.
 - Dip the each vegetable slices in the batter to coat all around.
 - Heat the oil, fry the bajjis, until crisp and golden.
 - Serve hot with coconut chutney.
 
INGREDIENTS
Batter
- 300 grams of chana dal flour
 - 4 tablespoons Rice flour
 - 2 tablespoon Dhania
 - 2 teaspoon Asafoetida powder
 - 2 teaspoon Chilly powder
 - Soda Bicarbonate a pinch
 - Salt to taste
 
Vegetables
- 2 Onions, cut into round slices
 - 2 plantain, cut into thin strips
 - 2 mirchis
 - IDHAYAM MANTRA peanut oil for frying
