VEGETABLE BAJJIS

Preparation Method :

  • Dry roast dhania and roughly grind. Add to the batter.
  • Mix all ingredients for batter in a little water to make a pasty thick consistency.
  • Dip the each vegetable slices in the batter to coat all around.
  • Heat the oil, fry the bajjis, until crisp and golden.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney. 

INGREDIENTS

 Batter

  • 300 grams of chana dal flour 
  • 4 tablespoons Rice flour 
  • 2 tablespoon Dhania 
  • 2 teaspoon Asafoetida powder 
  • 2 teaspoon Chilly powder 
  • Soda Bicarbonate a pinch
  • Salt to taste
