- Put all the ingredients except the sesame seeds in a bowl.
- Add the dressing and mix well.
- Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top.

- 1 large capsicum, cut into thin strips
- 1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 100 grams sprouted beans
Salad Dressing
- ½ tablespoon soya sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 clove of garlic crushed
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt to taste
