SPICY SALAD WITH GINGER AND CHILLI

Preparation Method :
- Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 5 minutes or according to packet instructions. Drain, refresh under cold running water and drain well. Gently mix the chopped cabbage with the noodles.
- Combine the turmeric, garlic, root and pickled ginger, oil, chilli, coriander and spring onions and season to taste with salt.
- Toss this mixture with the noodles until they are evenly coated. Add lime juice and onion pepper to taste and serve cold.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams soba noodles
- 100 grams white cabbage, chopped
- 2 teaspoon turmeric
- 2 garlic clove, crushed
- 2 teaspoon grated root ginger
- 2 tablespoon shredded pickled ginger
- 4 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 fresh red chilli, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander
- 4 spring onions, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 teaspoon onion pepper
