ROCKET AND GRILLED PEPPER SALAD

Preparation Method :
- Place the pepper under a hot grill for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until blackened on all sides. Remove the skin, core and seeds, then slice into matchstick strips.
- Combine the garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper then whisk in the olive oil. Using a swivel peeler, shave the Parmesan cheese into wafers.
- Place the rocket on 4 plates and arrange the pepper strips on top. Pour a little dressing over the leaves. Sprinkle with Parmesan shavings and serve at once.

- 2 red pepper
- 100 grams trimmed rocket
- 2 garlic clove, diced finely
- 4 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper
- 6 tablespoon sesame oil
- 50 grams fresh Parmesan in one piece
