Preparation Method :
- Heat the oil in a pan; add asafoetida and mustard seeds. When they start spluttering, add green chillies and sauté.
- Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well, remove from heat. Keep aside to cool. Serve cold.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams small raw papaya, peeled, coarsely grated
- 2 tablespoon groundnuts, chopped
- 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 2 teaspoon green coriander, finely chopped
- ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds
- 5-6 green chillies slit
- ¼ teaspoon cumin seeds
- ¼ teaspoon sugar
- 1 juice of lemon
- A pinch asafoetida
- Salt to taste
