MIXED VEGETABLES AND SESAME SEEDS

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • When you have prepared all the vegetables, toss them in an attractive salad bowl.
  • Mix in the chick peas, sprinkle with salt and lemon juice and stir in.
  • Now sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over the top and serve.

INGREDIENTS

  • 100 grams carrots, peeled, washed and diced into 5mm pieces
  • 100 grams cucumber, washed and diced into small pieces
  • 50 grams onion, peeled and chopped
  • 50 grams fresh coriander, chopped finely
  • 100 grams red cabbage, washed and diced into small  pieces
  • 100 grams tomato, washed and diced
  • 50 grams chick peas, cooked and drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 25 grams roasted sesame seeds
