- When you have prepared all the vegetables, toss them in an attractive salad bowl.
- Mix in the chick peas, sprinkle with salt and lemon juice and stir in.
- Now sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds over the top and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams carrots, peeled, washed and diced into 5mm pieces
- 100 grams cucumber, washed and diced into small pieces
- 50 grams onion, peeled and chopped
- 50 grams fresh coriander, chopped finely
- 100 grams red cabbage, washed and diced into small pieces
- 100 grams tomato, washed and diced
- 50 grams chick peas, cooked and drained
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 25 grams roasted sesame seeds
