                    Preparation Method :
- Combine the tomatoes wedges with onion and mint in large bowl. Stir gently.
- Combine all the remaining ingredients with the tomato mixture.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 50 grams chopped fresh mint
- 50 ml lime juice
- 6 green onions, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
