LEMON PEPPER SALAD

Preparation Time :
10 minutes

Cooking Time :
10 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 5 minutes or according to packet instructions. Refresh under cold running water and drain.
  • Combine the lemon zest and juice, peppercorns, pepper, oil and honey. Season with salt to taste.
  • Toss the noodles with the lemon dressing until they are evenly coated. Fold in the sliced radishes, and serve cold.

INGREDIENTS

  • 250 grams flat rice noodles
  • Grated zest of 1 lemon 
  • 5 tablespoon lemon juice                            
  • 2 teaspoon mixed peppercorns, crushed                             
  • 2 teaspoon Japanese seven-pepper spice or lemon pepper
  • 4 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoon clear honey
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 grams red radishes, sliced
