Preparation Method :
- Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water for 5 minutes or according to packet instructions. Refresh under cold running water and drain.
- Combine the lemon zest and juice, peppercorns, pepper, oil and honey. Season with salt to taste.
- Toss the noodles with the lemon dressing until they are evenly coated. Fold in the sliced radishes, and serve cold.

- 250 grams flat rice noodles
- Grated zest of 1 lemon
- 5 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon mixed peppercorns, crushed
- 2 teaspoon Japanese seven-pepper spice or lemon pepper
- 4 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon clear honey
- Salt to taste
- 100 grams red radishes, sliced
