CORN SALAD

                    Preparation Method :
- Mix corn, grated coconut, cottage cheese and all the vegetables.
- Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper to mixture.
- Heat sesame oil in a pan, roast the sesame seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the fried items to the mixture and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams boiled Corn kernels
- 1 Grated Coconut
- 1 Cucumber, sliced into small cubes
- 1 Capsicum, sliced into small cubes
- 2 Onions, sliced into small cubes
- 2 Tomato, sliced into small cubes
- 1 Boiled Potato, sliced into small cubes
- 100 Grams Cottage Cheese, sliced into small cubes
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- Salt and Black Pepper to Taste
For Seasoning
- 1 sprig of curry leaves
- ½ teaspoon of sesame seeds
- 2 teaspoon of sesame oil
