CHICKPEA SALAD

- Toss everything together and adjust the seasoning. Set the salad for about 2 hours to develop the flavours.
INGREDIENTS
- 250grams can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 50 grams tomato, roughly diced
- ½ small onion, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chaat masala
- Lemon juice to taste
- 2 tablespoon of chopped fresh coriander
- Ground black pepper and salt, to taste
- Lettuce leaves and lemon wedges to serve
