CARROT SESAME SALAD

                    Preparation Method :
- Wash the carrots, peel the skin and shred.
- Dry- roast the sesame seeds and keep it aside.
- Mix the shredded carrot ,the green chillies and the salt to the yoghurt and mix well.
- Sprinkle the roasted sesame seeds and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 carrots
- 200 ml of yoghurt
- 4 teaspoons of sesame seeds
- 4 green chillies, finely chopped into rings
- Salt to taste
