- Mix all the remaining ingredients except the lettuce leaves. Taste and adjust the seasoning.
- Transfer on a bed of lettuce. Prepare at least 10-15 minutes before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 150 grams sprouted green bean, rinsed, drained and cooked, firm to bite
- 25 grams Cucumber, chopped
- 3 tablespoon Onion, chopped
- 25 grams cooked potato, chopped
- ½ green chilli, seeded and chopped
- 2 tablespoon chopped tomato
- 3 tablespoon finely chopped fresh coriander
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- A pinch of dried mango powder
- Salt to taste
- Chaat masala to taste
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Lettuce leaves to serve
