Preparation Method :
- Core and dice the pears. Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with the lemon juice to prevent discoloration.
- Cut the celery into diagonal 5 mm/ ¼ inch slices and add to the pears. Stir in the nuts and dressing.
- Scatter the watercress or rocket over the salad and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 4 ripe juicy pears
- Squeeze of lemon juice
- 8 tender celery stalks, leaves included
- 200 ml Pear and Walnut Oil Dressing
- 100 grams shelled fresh walnuts or cobnuts, chopped
