YOGURT WITH CUCUMBERS

Preparation Method :
- Sprinkle salt over the chopped cucumber, allow to stand for 15 minutes. Rinse cucumber under cold water; drain well.
- Place seeds in small saucepan, stir over low heat until well browned.
- Combine half the cucumber with seeds, onion, yogurt and lemon juice in medium bowl, stir well.
- Transfer into a serving bowl, Top with remaining cucumber and extra seeds.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams green cucumbers, peeled, seeded, finely chopped
- 250 grams plain yogurt
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 2-3 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt, to taste
