- 400 grams plain yogurt, whisked until smooth
- 100 grams cucumber, peeled and chopped into small dice
- ½ small red onion, finely chopped
- 1 small vine tomato, chopped into small dice
- Large handful of chopped fresh coriander
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon chilli powder
- Salt, to taste
