- Pour the yogurt into a bowl and whisk it well. Add the salt, sugar, honey and mint sauce.
- Check the sweetness and add more honey, if needed.
- Add the chopped coriander to the yogurt mixture, with the chili, onion and water. Pour into serving bowl.
- Garnish with the reserved coriander and place in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 ml natural (plain) low fat yogurt
- 2 teaspoon mint sauce
- 2 tablespoon roughly chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)
- 1 fresh green chilli, seeded and finely chopped
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoon clear honey
- Salt to taste
- 40 ml water
