Preparation Method :
- Place the yogurt in a chilled bowl and add the grapes or kiwi or peaches with walnuts.
- Slice the bananas directly into the bowl and add in gently before the bananas turn brown.
- Add the sugar, salt and ground cumin, and gently mix together.
- Sprinkle on the cumin seeds, chilli powder or paprika, just before serving.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams seedless grapes / peaches / kiwi
- 50 grams shelled walnuts / almonds
- 2 firm bananas
- 400 ml natural yogurt
- 1 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground cumin seeds
- Salt, to taste
- ¼ teaspoon freshly roasted cumin seeds, chilli powder or paprika, to garnish
