POTATO RAITA

- Place the cooked potatoes in a serving dish. Whip the natural yogurt and set aside.
- Mix together the fresh coriander, mint and green chillies, and add them to the natural yogurt.
- Whip it all together with the salt, and pour the yogurt over the top of the potatoes.
- Take two large pinches of the mixed ground spices and sprinkle over the top of the yogurt.
- Serve cold, with almost anything.
INGREDIENTS
- 2 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced in 1 cm pieces and boiled until soft but not mushy
- 250 grams natural yogurt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- 3 green chillies, chopped
- 1 level teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon mixed ground cumin, ground and coriander paprika
