POTATO RAITA

Preparation Time :
15 minutes

Preparation Method :

  • Place the cooked potatoes in a serving dish. Whip the natural yogurt and set aside.
  • Mix together the fresh coriander, mint and green chillies, and add them to the natural yogurt.
  • Whip it all together with the salt, and pour the yogurt over the top of the potatoes.
  • Take two large pinches of the mixed ground spices and sprinkle over the top of the yogurt.
  • Serve cold, with almost anything.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled, sliced in 1 cm pieces and boiled until soft but not mushy
  • 250 grams natural yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 level teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon mixed ground  cumin, ground  and coriander paprika
