- Pound the broiled ingredients and keep aside.
- Whisk the yogurt with salt. Add all the vegetables.
- Pour into a glazed earthenware bowl. Sprinkle some red chilli powder and the pounded spices. Serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams yogurt
- 45 grams onions, chopped
- 3 tablespoon tomatoes, chopped
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds, broiled
- ½ cucumber, medium-sized, chopped
- 1 teaspoon coriander seeds, broiled
- ½ teaspoon black peppercorns, broiled
- 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon mint leaves, finely chopped
- A pinch Red chilli powder
- Salt to taste
