- Add salt and red chilli powder and mix it with the chopped mango. Mix and transfer to a glass serving bowl.
- Heat the oil and add the mustard seeds. When the mustard starts to splutter, add the curry leaves and in a few seconds, remove from the flame.
- Pour the baghar (seasoning) over the yogurt. Serve chilled.
INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams yogurt, whisked
- 1 large ripe mango, peeled and cut into small pieces
- ½ teaspoon mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon coarsely ground red chilli powder
- 10-12 curry leaves
- 2 teaspoon Cooking oil
- Salt, to taste
