Preparation Method :
- Slice lady finger into thin round pieces Beat yoghurt into lassi.
- Heat 3 teaspoons of oil add the ladyfingers and fry; sprinkle a little water and close the lid for a minute. Fry until dark golden.
- Heat oil, and allow the mustard seeds to splutter and add to the lassi mixture.
- Add vegetable to yoghurt. Add salt and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams of lady finger
- 300 ml of yoghurt
- 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 6 tablespoon Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
