- Beat the yogurt until smooth in a bowl, then stir in the cucumber and chilli mixture.
- Stir in the salt and cumin. Cover the bowl and chill before serving.

- 1 fresh green chilli, seeded and chopped
- ½ cucumber, finely diced
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- 250 ml plain yogurt
- Pinch of salt
