CUCUMBER AND ONION RAITA

- Chop the cucumber finely and reserve about 5 thin slices of cucumber for garnish.
- Place in a bowl with the onion, salt and coriander, and mix together.
- Whip the yogurt, mix with the water and pour over the cucumber and onion mixture.
- Place in a serving dish and serve, garnished with the cucumber slices.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ cucumber
- 50 grams onion, peeled and finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander
- 250 grams thick natural yogurt
- 100 ml water
