- Whisk together all the ingredients and serve chilled, garnished with a few mint leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cucumber, peeled, coarsely grated and squeezed of all excess moisture
- 350 ml low-fat yogurt, chilled and whisked
- 25 grams fresh mint, shredded
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- Extra fresh mint leaves to garnish
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
