Preparation Method :
- Grate coconut.
- Coarsely grind masala ingredients.
- Prepare idlis in cocktail idli moulds.
- Beat yoghurt into lassi.
- Splutter mustard seeds in oil and add to prepared idlis; now add the ground paste and yoghurt to this mixture.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams of Cocktail idlis
- 1 teaspoon Mustards seeds
- 1 teaspoon Cooking oil
- 500 ml Yoghurt
- Salt to taste
Masala
- 4 tablespoons Coconut
- 2 Green chilly
- 2 tablespoon coriander leaves
