CHILI BANANA YOGHURT

Preparation Method :
- Place yoghurt in a glass bowl; use a whisk to beat yogurt until smooth. Gradually add cream, whisk well after each addition.
- Stir in finely chopped red chili and salt.
- Peel and chop bananas into small even pieces. Stir banana into yogurt mixture, mix well.
- Serve chilled with a garnish of sliced red or green chili if using.

- 4 medium shed, ripe bananas
- 2 red or green chili, seeded and sliced
