- Add 2 tablespoon of cream, roasted cumin powder, ginger and garlic juice with salt. Mix and transfer to a nice, crystal serving bowl.
- Heat the oil to a smoking point. Add mustard seeds, with the whole red chillies.
- When they start to splutter and the colour of chillies darkens, pour the baghar over the yogurt relish. Serve chilled.

- 3 whole red chillies
- ½ teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon ginger and garlic juice
- 1 tablespoon mustard oil
