- Grind together all the ingredients to a fine paste. Mix the paste, sugar and salt with the yogurt and keep refrigerated till you serve. Serve in a serving bowl.
INGREDIENTS
- 250 grams hung yogurt, Whisked
- ½ teaspoon powdered sugar
- Salt, to taste
- ½ teaspoon fennel seeds
- ½ teaspoon fenugreek seeds
- ¼ teaspoon nigella seeds
- ½ teaspoon black mustard seeds (sarson)
- ½ teaspoon brown mustard seeds (rai)
