- Add the orange segments to the yogurt.
- Add all the other ingredients and stir well to mix. Adjust the seasoning and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 400 grams plain yogurt
- 1 small, crunchy apple, cut into small dice
- Large sprinkling of shredded mint leaves
- 1 small orange, peeled, segmented
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Pinch of chilli powder
- Salt, to taste
