Preparation Method :
- Season the steak generously with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of oil and cook the steaks for 15 minutes, depending on how you like your steak.
- Arrange the arugula and tomatoes on serving plates. Slice the steak and place on top of the salads. Drizzle with the remaining oil and the balsamic vinegar. Season with salt and pepper and serve hot.

- 100 ml sesame oil
- 250 grams arugula (rocket)
- 25 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 100 ml balsamic vinegar
