SESAME CHICKEN NOODLES

Preparation Method :
- Pour boiling water over the noodles and leave to stand for 5 minutes or according to packet instructions. Drain.
- Heat the sunflower oil, sesame oil and garlic in a wok or large open pan. When it is hot, add the Chinese leaves and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Stir in the spring onions, chicken, sesame seeds and the noodles.
- Stir- fry over a high heat for about 3 minutes, using two spoons to lift and stir the mixture, to allow any excess liquid to evaporate so that the noodles do not become soggy.
- When the chicken is cooked and the noodles are hot, serve immediately, accompanied by prawn crackers and chilli sauce.

- 250 grams beancurd noodles
- 6 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 garlic clove, crushed
- 500 grams Chinese leaves, shredded
- 5 spring onions, sliced
- 500 grams boneless chicken, cut into strips
- 50 grams sesame seeds, toasted
To Serve
- Prawn crackers
- Chilli sauce
