Preparation Method :
- Lamb Salad Preheat a grill pan or barbecue on high heat. Brush the lamb with the oil. Place on the grill and cook until tender, 5 minutes each side for medium- rare.
- Put the tomatoes and arugula on a serving dish. Slice the lamb and place over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
- Tzatziki Whisk the yogurt, garlic, cucumber, mint, oil, and lemon juice in a bowl. Serve the lamb salad warm with tzatziki spooned over the top.
INGREDIENTS
- 5 tablespoons sesame oil
- 650 grams lamb steak, cut from the fillet
- 20 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 300 grams arugula
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
Tzatziki
- 500 ml plain Greek- style yogurt
- 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 2 small cucumber, peeled and cut into small dice
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
