- Boil the potatoes, peel and keep it aside.
- Boil the eggs, de-shell and separate the yolk from the egg white.
- Mash the boiled potatoes and the egg yolk together with salt.
- Add the mashed mixture to the yoghurt and mix well.
- Now add the finely chopped onion, the black pepper powder and salt.
- Garnish with the chopped coriander leaves.

- 2 potatoes
- 6 eggs
- 200 ml of yoghurt
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of Black pepper powder
- 1 bunch of coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
