CHICKEN SALAD

- Combine the chicken, celery, grapes, and peaches in a large bowl and toss gently. Mix the mayonnaise and sour cream in a small bowl and pour over the salad. Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Garnish with the parsley and serve.
INGREDIENTS
- 750 grams cooked chicken, cubed
- 6 stalks celery, sliced
- 300 grams seedless red or green grapes, sliced
- 4 fresh peaches, peeled and cubed
- 150 ml mayonnaise
- 150 ml sour cream
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Sprigs of parsley, to garnish
