CHICKEN & RAISIN SALAD

                    Preparation Method :
- Put the raisins, orange juice and ground cloves into a small saucepan.
- Heat until boiling then removes from the heat and leave to stand for about 30 minutes to plump the raisins.
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan over a moderate heat and brown the almonds, stirring constantly until golden.
- Put the raisins, almonds, chicken and shredded salad leaves into a serving bowl.
- Toss and season well with salt and pepper.
- To serve, spoon over the dressing and scatter with parsley leaves.
INGREDIENTS
- 100 grams raisins
- Juice of 2 small orange
- Pinch of ground cloves
- 2 teaspoon olive oil
- 100 grams blanched almonds, halved
- 750 grams cooked chicken, cut into strips
- 2 head radicchio, shredded
- 2 little gem lettuce, shredded
- 2 tablespoon French dressing
- Salt and pepper
- Parsley leaves, to garnish
