BEEF WITH FRIED RICE
One of the joys of stir-fry cooking is the ease and speed with which a good meal can be prepared. This one can be on the table in 15 minutes.
Serves :

Preparation Method :
- Trim the steak and cut into very thin strips with a sharp knife.
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan and cook the garlic over low to medium heat until golden. Do not let it burn.
- Increase the heat to high, add the steak, and stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- Move the pieces of beef to the edges of the wok or pan and break the egg into the centre. When the egg starts to set, stir-fry it with the meat.
- Add the rice and toss all the contents of the wok together.
- Scrape up any residue on the base, then add the broccoli, soy sauces, sugar, and fish sauce and stir-fry for 2 minutes more.
- Season the mixture to taste with pepper and serve immediately with chilli sauce.
