BEATEN RICE WITH PEPPER AND JEERA

Preparation Method :

  • Wash beaten rice and keep aside. Roast pepper in ½ teaspoon of oil and roughly powder with jeera.
  • Heat the oil and splutter the mustard seeds; add the curry leaves, pepper and jeera powder and salt.
  • Strain the beaten rice and add it with the ingredients. Stir well close lid for a couple of minutes until soft. Empty into a vessel.

INGREDIENTS

  • 300 grams of Beaten rice 
  • 2 tablespoon Pepper 
  • 4 tablespoons Jeera 
  • A few curry leaves 
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds 
  • 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
  • 2 tablespoon Ghee 
  • Salt to taste
