BEATEN RICE WITH PEPPER AND JEERA

Preparation Method :
- Wash beaten rice and keep aside. Roast pepper in ½ teaspoon of oil and roughly powder with jeera.
- Heat the oil and splutter the mustard seeds; add the curry leaves, pepper and jeera powder and salt.
- Strain the beaten rice and add it with the ingredients. Stir well close lid for a couple of minutes until soft. Empty into a vessel.
INGREDIENTS
- 300 grams of Beaten rice
- 2 tablespoon Pepper
- 4 tablespoons Jeera
- A few curry leaves
- 1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
- 4 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 2 tablespoon Ghee
- Salt to taste
