Preparation Method :
- Rice, 400 grams very well cooked thoor dal, soak and pressure-cook for 5 whistles.
- Extract tamarind juice.
- Radish semi-circular, 400 grams.
- Chop capsicum medium-sized.
- Chop drumsticks to 3 inch lengthwise, 10 numbers.
- Dry roasts khus khus, and powder.
- Heat oil, and allow the mustard seeds to splutter; Then add pepper and wait for pop up .add peeled onions, turmeric powder and stir.
- Add water and close lid; let it simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.boil the vegetables in a pressure-pan for a whistle.
- Add tamarind water and the onions to the vegetables close lid and boil for 2 minutes. Now add the garam masala, powdered khus khus, salt and the dal; mix well and taste.
- Add rice and mix with a convenient ladle. Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves and add ghee.
- Serve hot.

- 500 grams of small onions
- 500 grams of capsicum
- 2 teaspoon of garam masala powder
- 200 grams of ghee
- 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds
- 2 teaspoon of IDHAYAM sesame oil
- Coriander leaves for garnishing
- Salt to taste
